Peter is an Asset Manager with WISHROCK and oversees WISHROCK’s Southeast and Upper Midwestern portfolios of multi-family properties. He works closely with our property management partners to ensure the financial and physical integrity of the assets are maintained to WISHROCK’s high standards. He also works closely with property management, community partners and our resident service agencies to create a safe, inviting and nurturing environment for our residents. Peter is also responsible for budget development and performance, transitioning new projects from their development phase to their operational phase, compliance monitoring, property inspections and capital planning. Additionally, Peter works with State Agencies, Lenders and Limited Partners to be a collaborate and responsive contributor in our valued relationships.
Peter has been in the multifamily business for over 8 years working in both on-site roles and regional management roles. Prior to his role at WISHROCK, he was at a large Boston-based management company and performed similar functions across multiple properties. He is a Certified Occupancy Specialist, a Tax Credit Specialist, Fair Housing Certified and Housing Quality Standards Certified.
Peter graduated from the University of New England with a degree in Sociology.
