As Director of Acquisitions and member of Wishrock’s Executive Committee, Justin is tasked with sourcing, underwriting and negotiating the acquisition of new investment and development opportunities. He also plays a senior role in determining the business plan for each investment, evaluating debt and equity proposals, and selecting development teams. Justin specializes in finding value in overlooked assets and is respected within the industry for his integrity and creativity.
Before working in real estate development, Justin served as the financial advisor for new business development at the Montana World Trade Center where he was tasked with measuring the financial feasibility, community value‐add and job‐growth potential of businesses under review for various subsidized funding packages in Montana.
Justin serves on the board of the Missoula Symphony and Western Montana Avalanche Foundation. He donates his financial feasibility and modeling expertise to startup and small businesses through the local SBA, Missoula Community Development Corporation and other local nonprofits.
Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from the University of Montana.
