As Accounting Manager, Lynn is responsible for several aspects of WISHROCK’s accounting function. In her role, she manages corporate and affiliate payroll, manages vendor payables and intra-company receivables and ensures compliance with annual reporting obligations for WISHROCK’s portfolio of entities. Lynn is responsible for development accounting, processing construction requisitions and making debt and equity funding requests for projects in their development phase.
Lynn has over 20 years of accounting and office management experience in Maine, including working as a Seasonal Tax Preparer at Baker Newman & Noyes and for 10 years as an Accounting Specialist at Marshall & Libby/Purdy Powers & Co.
Lynn graduated from Blanton Junior College in Asheville, NC, with a degree in Accounting.
